Dear Artists,

What an unprecedented couple of months we’ve had! Despite all the challenges and uncertainty, we have been so grateful for our Artists and impressed with your anti-fragile mentality. Thank you for your support and understanding as we’ve worked to navigate these uncertain times with you.

After in-depth discussions with our team at the home office, it is with much disappointment we have made the decision to cancel this year’s onsite Reunion, Dulce, in Las Vegas. Instead, we have made the decision to host a virtual version of the event (see the details below). Depending upon where you live or how you’ve been impacted by COVID-19, this may or may not come as a surprise to you. We know many of you will be disappointed, as are we, so to help you understand our thinking and timing, we want to share just a few of our considerations.

We have felt the incredible excitement and interest from our Artists to attend Dulce; so as the COVID-19 pandemic situation seemed to be improving and restrictions were being lifted, we were optimistic Dulce would be able to move forward as planned. However, with the recent updates from the Nevada Governor and the restrictions currently in place, particularly in Las Vegas, we are concerned that the progress that needs to be made in order to host a quality event is not realistic in the next couple of months. To give you an idea, the current restrictions in place would allow us to seat only 250 people in the general session ballroom that would normally seat 1600 people. These restrictions were intended to last just a couple weeks before moving to the next phase. They have been in place for nearly a month and the recent events suggest that it will be increasingly more difficult to move forward to the next phases to be ready for a safe and comfortable event in September.

We value how much of a commitment and investment it is for our Artists to attend Reunions, and want to have a decision made so that you don’t have the added stress of uncertainty and changing plans last minute. The safety and well-being of our Artists is our top consideration so, while we would love to be with you in-person, we are excited for the opportunity to come together remotely and have a limitless number of Artists be able to participate from wherever they are.

Moving Forward!
