Introducing Compact Credit!

Last updated 12.2.20

December 02, 2020

Compact Credit is coming to the website this Thursday, December 3 at 10 AM MST.🥳 This is going to better serve our customers and their shopping experience. Instead of earning a specfic size free compact based on the number of tins ordered, a customer will earn compact credit to be used towards ANY size compact of their choice. This new function will give customers the choice to purchase the compact that will best fit their needs, while allowing room to grow.

Here's how it will work:

When a customer adds a compact to their bag, rewards will automatically be discounted from the most expensive compact in their cart. If a customer tries to checkout without adding a compact and they have available Compact Credit to use, they will be prompted to add a compact to their cart.

A few things to note -

  • Compact credit is earned based on money spent on qualifying tins, not on an entire order total. For example, items such as brushes, swag, skincare would not count towards compact credit.
  • Compact credit can only be used on the order where it is earned. If it is not used on that order, the compact credit will be forfeited.
  • The compact credit will also only apply to one compact per order.
  • Compact credit can be used in parties, but is not elegible for hostess rewards orders.

*If you have a previously saved cart please refresh to receive the compact credit option.

We are excited to give back to our customers even more and start implementing this new customer perk. We hope you and your customers will be excited too! 🤍

Please note, this is a new type of reward system and promotion given the trends we have seen in the field over the last few years and what is to come. So, while the new reward system/promotion doesn’t translate exactly to what the old free compact promotion was, it still promotes and supports purchasing and a compact to fit your needs.
