Commission Plan Update Goes into Effect March 2026
January 30, 2026
We want to share an upcoming update to the Seint commission plan that will take effect March 1st, 2026. These changes are part of an effort to simplify our commission structure as we prepare for future backend platform upgrades.
Currently, the structure of the Seint Artist tree limits the flexibility of the commission engine and back-end capabilities. By transitioning from an Artist tree to a true affiliate model, we gain greater flexibility to implement future platform upgrades, and to select the best tools available to support Artists long-term.
This shift allows us to better support Artists through a more reliable platform built on Shopify, which will roll out later this year. With deeper integration, we’re able to improve the shopping experience, strengthen attribution and tracking, expand promotional flexibility, and deliver more reliable back-office tools.
We understand that changes like this can prompt questions. Our goal is to outline these changes below–thoughtfully and transparently–and to give you time to review how these changes fit into your business.
What’s Changing
/ Artists placed directly under Seint Corporate.
Beginning March 1st, all Artists–new or existing–will be placed directly under Seint Corporate, simplifying the overall structure and removing Level I Artist relationships. As a result, Artists will no longer earn SV, or the 25% commission on purchases made by other Artists. This means personal purchases made by previously referred Artists will no longer generate SV or commission for the enrolling Artist. Commissions on customer sales will remain unchanged.
/ Customer placement when an Artist account closes.
With all Artists directed to Seint Corporate, when an Artist account is closed, their customers are transferred to Seint rather than to an upline Artist. Customers may request to have their accounts moved to the Artist of their choice, or they may continue ordering using an Artist’s loyalty link.
/ Your personal purchases will now count as SV for qualification.
Artists will now earn SV on their own personal purchases, and that SV will count toward the sales minimum required to remain an Artist. While commission is still not earned on personal purchases, this update allows your personal purchases to support your qualification requirements.
What’s Staying the Same
/ All commission levels, percentages, and qualification requirements will remain exactly the same. There are no changes to how commissions are calculated. As an added benefit, your personal purchases will now contribute SV toward your personal sales requirement.
/ The bonus pool will remain in place, with no changes to how it functions or how it’s earned.
/ Your 25% product discount remains the same. As always, commissions are not paid on personal purchases.
Timing and effective date
/ These updates are effective March 1st, 2026.
/ Beginning March 1st, 2026, all new Artist Affiliate sign-ups will be directed to Seint Corporate.
/ February commissions and bonuses are not affected. All February activity–including weekly commissions on February orders–will be paid according to the existing structure and timelines.
/ After February commissions are committed, the official commission changes will be applied on March 10th. While the update occurs on March 10th, all changes are effective retroactively to March 1st, and will apply to March commissions.
