Our new Loyalty Program is crafted to enhance the shopping experience for both customers and Artists by streamlining the rewards process and emphasizing simplicity, convenience, and exciting benefits. Our goal is to let you focus on what matters most: enjoying and sharing Seint products, while you and your customers effortlessly earn rewards you’ll both love.

SIMPLIFIED EARNING AND REDEEMING

Earning and redeeming rewards has never been easier. Our revamped Loyalty Program allows you to accumulate points through various avenues, such as purchases and referrals. With every purchase you make, you'll earn points that count toward your rewards. Redeeming these points is straightforward, offering flexibility and convenience.

Party links will be replaced with a similar form of attribution through loyalty links. This ensures you'll still receive credit when any customer purchases with your loyalty link, regardless of who the customer account is established with. Additionally, your replicated site will continue to function exactly as it does now, ensuring that your customers remain linked to you and their accounts stay tied to your business.

Sharing your passion for Seint with friends and family remains a key component of our community experience. All customers will purchase through yours- or your customers’- referral/loyalty link to earn referral points.

Our Artists are integral to the Seint family, and this transition aims to support and enhance their experience. The new Loyalty Program introduces a more personal and streamlined approach to beauty rewards, giving Artists new ways to prompt conversations with customers and spark more repeat purchases. By simplifying the rewards process, it will help foster customer loyalty, and deliver benefits that reward both customers and Artists.


LOYALTY PROGRAM FAQS

How do customers join the Seint Loyalty Program?

Once the loyalty program is launched on October 1st both new and existing customers will start accruing points when they place an order.

How do I start earning points?
Seint customers and Artists automatically begin to earn points with each purchase starting October 1, 2024. You’ll earn one point for every dollar spent.

What are points and how do I earn them?
Currently, points are earned two different ways: when you purchase products for yourself, and when you refer other customers to purchase products. Points are converted to credits, which can be redeemed on future purchases or for exclusive items in our loyalty shop. Every $1 spent on qualifying products will earn one point (taxes, shipping, and other fees are excluded).

How To Earn

What is the Loyalty Shop?
The Loyalty Shop is a special collection of exclusive items, thoughtfully curated for our Seint loyalty program. These items are available for redemption only with loyalty points.

Do customers earn anything when they join the Seint Loyalty program?
Both new and existing customers will receive 50 points on their first purchase once the loyalty program launches. For example a $75 order will earn you 125 points. (75 order + 50 first purchase = 125)

Is there a minimum purchase when I redeem my points?
Yes, see the chart below for order minimums when using credits, but there is no order minimum when redeeming for specialty items within the loyalty shop.

Do Loyalty Points expire?
Points expire six months after they are earned and at the end of that calendar month (for example, if you earned 200 Points on January 11th, they will expire on July 30th).

When do Seint Loyalty Points expire?
Points earned in January: Points expire at the end of July
Points earned in February: Points expire at the end of August
Points earned in March: Points expire at the end of September
Points earned in April: Points expire at the end of October
Points earned in May: Points expire at the end of November
Points earned in June: Points expire at the end of December
Points earned in July: Points expire at the end of January
Points earned in August: Points expire at the end of February

Can a Seint Artist be a part of the loyalty program?
Yes! Seint Artists are eligible to share their own referral link to new referred customers and receive points. An artist’s referral link for customer loyalty is also the same link that will be used to attribute commissions.

How do customers get credit for referring a new customer?
Every customer is given a personalized referral link in their account, which remains active as long as they stay a customer. By sharing this link, Seint Artists and customers can earn loyalty points when new customers make a purchase through their referral. Please note that the referral bonus will not be awarded if the order is returned.

You can earn referral points for up to 40 new customers per year. Once you’ve referred 40 customers in a year, you’ll no longer earn additional referral points until the next year.

Are there any purchases that don’t earn points?
No, customers will earn points for every dollar they spend.

Where can I find my points balance?
To view your points balance, simply log in to your account, select Loyalty, and your available points will be displayed in the center of the screen under the Redeem section. To see your pending points, click on History under the points section on the left. Additionally, if you're logged in while shopping, you'll be able to view your available coupons during checkout.

How do I redeem my points?
Once you’ve accumulated enough points (IE: 100 Points = $10 credit), you'll have the option to apply credit or items to your order, with your balance updating automatically. Points can only be used toward product purchases or loyalty shop items and cannot be applied to taxes or shipping costs.

To redeem, simply go to the Redeem tab, select your desired item or credit, and click the Redeem Now button. Your redeemed item or credit will then appear in the My Rewards tab. Please note that once redeemed, you’ll have 30 days to complete your checkout before it expires.

How will I know when I earn points?
After an order has been placed you will receive an email with the amount of points you have pending. To view pending points, or redeemable points, simply log in to your account, and select Loyalty. To see your pending points, click on History under the points section on the left. Your available points will be displayed in the center of the screen under the Redeem section.

Points are available, after an order is placed and will appear under Loyalty > Redeem, making them available for use.

Is there a limit to how many points a customer can accumulate?
There’s no limit to the points you can earn from your personal purchases. You can shop and earn as many points as you’d like without any cap.

However, for points earned through new customer referrals, there is a limit. You can earn referral points for up to 40 new customers per year. Once you’ve referred 40 customers in a year, you’ll no longer earn additional referral points until the next year.

Can you still get palette credit when you redeem your loyalty credit?
Yes, you will still earn palette credit when redeeming points. For example a $64 tin purchase will earn you $10 towards palette credit and if you have $10 loyalty credit to redeem it will be applied in the cart after the palette credit has been used.

Can my customers or Artists still host a party?
While we no longer offer the traditional “party” ordering system, orders can still be placed through the referral link of the referring customer/Artist (the "host"), allowing them to earn loyalty points on orders from new customers. Hosting parties is still encouraged, especially if it’s a key part of your business strategy!

Can I return an item I redeemed in the exclusive loyalty shop?
No, Items redeemed through the exclusive loyalty shop are not returnable. If your order arrived damaged please contact Ask.

Once I “redeem now,” can I switch the item or credit?
No, once you "redeem now" you can’t reverse the item. It will stay redeemed for 30 days in your My Rewards tab. If the item or credit is not used after 30 days, the reward will expire and not be available to use.

Will my loyalty referral link change each month?
No, Artists and customers referral links will stay the same and will not change.

Are there any restrictions on what items I can purchase when redeeming credit on an order?
Exclusive Loyalty Shop items can be purchased with your earned Loyalty points. You can also use your Loyalty Points as dollar amount credit towards any minimum purchase.

Will I lose my points if I return my order?
Yes, if you return an order, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your available balance. If you've already spent those points, your balance may go negative.


FAQS APPLICABLE TO ARTISTS ONLY

Do Artist Affiliates make commissions on orders where points are used?
Commissions are calculated based on the subtotal, which is the total cost of the items after applying discounts, credits, and points, but before adding taxes, shipping, and other fees. Sales Volume (SV) is reduced by discount amount, and commissions are paid excluding any taxes, fees, or shipping charges.

For example, if a customer has 100 points in their account and wants to purchase the “Illuminator Collection” priced at $38, they can use their 100 points to get a $10 discount. The retail price of $38 results in an SV of $28. With a 25% commission rate, you would earn $7 from this order.

If an order consists only of items purchased from the loyalty shop using points, no commission will be earned.

Do Artist Affiliates earn commissions on orders when loyalty shop items are redeemed?
Artists earn commission based on the retail subtotal of the order. If a customer redeems only a loyalty shop item and pays for shipping, no commission will be earned. However, if the customer adds additional items to their order, commission will be earned on those items.

As an Artist, can I see when my customers have points to redeem?
Yes! Simply log in to your Artist Account and navigate to the Artist Backoffice. There, you’ll find a Customer Loyalty Points tab where you can view your customers’ available points.

Is there a limit to how many points an Artist can accumulate?
There is no limit on the amount of points you can earn based on your purchases. There is a limit of 40 new customer referral bonuses per year.

If any customer shops with my loyalty link do I receive commission?
Yes, if a customer shops on your loyalty link, regardless of who their account is associated with, then you will receive all the SV and commission from the order.

If my customer shares their loyalty link, will the new customer account be established with me?
Yes, if a new customer creates an account with another customer's loyalty link then it will default to the artist associated with the referring customer.

As an artist, do I share my loyalty link? Are the loyalty and referral links the same? And will my customers use their own loyalty link to share, which is still linked to me?
As an artist, you'll share your loyalty link with your customers. The loyalty link and referral link are essentially the same. When your customers share their own loyalty link with others, the purchases will still be linked to you, ensuring you receive commissions, while your customers earn their own points.

How can I access and share my customers' loyalty link to ensure they get the referral? I can't find it in the back office and don't want to ask them directly.
You won’t be able to access their link, but you don’t need to. You can guide your customer on how to find it. When they share it, they'll earn referral points if a new customer purchases, and you'll still receive commission on that order.

I only see the loyalty link. Where can I find my regular link?
Your regular link can be found in your initial welcome email from Seint. Alternatively, if you're logged into your Artist account, the URL when on seintofficial.com is your personal link.

I don't understand why Seint doesn't just use our original URL as the loyalty link, so we'd get commission and customers would earn points.
The current link doesn't allow customers tied to other artists to shop through you. The loyalty link ensures that anyone, regardless of who their account is tied to, can purchase from you, and you'll receive the commission.

What is the best and most straightforward way to color match a potential new customer using my current customer’s loyalty/rewards link so they get the 200 points? I’d like to incorporate the palette builder and/or lists feature if possible.
Currently, the process involves an additional step for the customer. Once you’ve color matched them, you can send a shared list or a link to the palette builder on your website. The customer can then create their account and add the recommended items to their cart. Before checking out, they should use your referring customer’s loyalty link to complete the purchase. We are working on streamlining this process and have it on our list of upcoming improvements.

If my customer shares her referral link with friends during a party, will she earn points on all orders, whether the customers are new or not?
No, she will earn 200 points if the customer is new, but won’t earn points for returning customers. The upside is that any purchase made using her referral link will still earn you commission, and her friends will receive points for every dollar they spend.

When new product releases come out, can customers use their loyalty points on those items as well?
Yes, absolutely. There are no restrictions on applying loyalty points to new releases. Customers can use their credits toward any purchase, including the latest products.

If I decide to gift my hostess products directly as an incentive for hosting a party, is that permissible, or does it violate compliance? My intention is to encourage parties, not purchases.
Yes, that is perfectly acceptable. However, it would be considered non-compliant if you require a purchase to qualify for entry into a giveaway.

Is there a way to link a single product to our loyalty link?
Yes! You can take any product link from your artist website and simply add your loyalty link at the end. Just include everything after the '?' from your loyalty link. For example:

We are working on adding the “share with loyalty link” for every product, but the above example is a simple work-around.

I’m hosting an in-person event/party—what link should I send to those I'm inviting?
You’ll want to share your loyalty link. This ensures that anyone, regardless of who their account is tied to, can make purchases through you, and you’ll receive the commission.
