After one year of the Rewards Program, we want to express our gratitude for your patience as we navigated the new program, worked through updates to the rewards tracker, and adjusted the points structure from CV to SV with the affiliate change. Your feedback has been invaluable in helping us improve your rewards experience, and we are committed to making this program the best it can be.

Key Program Updates

Level I rewards have always followed a set qualification period, and we have found the simplicity and clarity of set qualifications have been beneficial for tracking progress and achieving goals.

In 2025, we will be shifting our Level II, III, and IV reward qualifications from rolling qualifications to set qualification periods.

We understand that some Artists may be in the middle of qualifying under the current rolling system. To ensure a smooth transition, we will not implement this change for Levels II, III, and IV until this upcoming summer. June 30th will mark the final day to qualify under rolling qualifications, giving you plenty of time to complete your current progress. With this update, Artists will have the opportunity to bank their trip one time before the reward expires.

Monthly Minimum Requirement
•3 months with the following minimums:
US: 1,500 SV | CA: 2,000 SV

Point System
•1 POINT = 1 SV

Bonus Points Opportunity
•US: 500 points | CA: 700 points for every new Artist who signs up and sells or purchases $50 USD | $70 CAD within their first month of joining.
